continue reading: Made some hamburgers today.Made some hamburgers with my Ninja Woodfire grill. Used oak pellets and smoked them for an hour at 225 degrees. Came out pretty good, but dry. I used 80/20 beef but they got a little dry anyway. Going to reduce the temperature next time and see if that improves it. Been loving this grill, figured…
