Made some hamburgers today.

Made some hamburgers with my Ninja Woodfire grill. Used oak pellets and smoked them for an hour at 225 degrees. Came out pretty good, but dry. I used 80/20 beef but they got a little dry anyway. Going to reduce the temperature next time and see if that improves it.

Been loving this grill, figured an electric grill would suck but I find it quite the opposite. It’s amazingly good. It can smoke, grill and air fry all in one unit. It’s a bit of a pain in the ass to clean but that’s because I store it indoors and don’t want it to stink up the house. If left outside it would be super easy to deal with.

Anyway I highly recommend it if your in the market for a small grill that is very versatile. I also suggest getting the not included stand as well as the equally not included side pieces for the stand. Yes you need to buy two… Ninja is the master of the nickel and dime here! Having the stand and side pieces makes cooking alot easier. Anyway happy grilling.
